Each of the forms below has a full list of all of our upcoming shows and you may also like to have a look at the Events Page where you will find lots of background and detail on the individual shows:
For Stallholders and Exhibitors – both inside and outside trading place please go to: (main booking form)
For Caterers (this is all food/drink to be consumed on site and must be submitted on the Tender Form
Our Tender process for Catering has now closed (February 2018) However if you wish to be considered for our shows in the future please make contact via our Contact Us page and we can add you to our database.
We are in the process of reviewing all submitted tenders and will be in touch shortly with the outcome of your submission
For stallholders and exhibitors, once you have submitted your completed booking form we will let you know if your application is successful and send you a Booking Confirmation, once payment has been made. This is your receipt. Please see our Terms & Conditions for full details. Approximately one week prior to each event you have booked, you will be sent Joining Instructions which will give you set up and other important information.
