Oakleigh Newsletter 7/10

Dear all,

This is just a quick update on our forthcoming events where, for most of it, we head south to enjoy the sun and holidaymakers.

Firstly we have a couple of spaces at Dagenham next weekend at their town show which brings in up to 100,00 people over the two days.

Then to Hastings but sorry we are full. For everything. Up to bursting point. Promises to be a cracking show again - one of our busiest last year. Interested? Try 2011

Eastbourne Town & Country Show is progressing - our first time here but all going well with good local interest.

The Poole Town & Country Show is shaping nicely with a few places left - please book early to get one of these remaining places.

Then we come to our busiest weekend: Bristol Balloon Festival (500,000 visitors), Rougham Airfield (not 500,000 but their busiest show of the year with around 8-10,000 visitors) our show in Danson Park, Kent with 7-10,000 visitors and "It's Showtime" a successful show which brings in around 6-8,000 visitors on one day. A very busy show with around 300 exhibitors (tractors, statics, steam engines, vintage cars etc.) and a whole host of activities. This is definitely one to look at closely as it is one of those shows with a low profile but high results.

Northampton Balloon Festival (sorry no food stals of any sort) and then the Pink Festival on the same weekend (but just the Saturday). After consultation with organisers we can offer 3m by 3m outside space for just £50, but you have to fit into that space.

We hope that you find something appropriate for you in this extensive list and don't fell daunted by it - we do! Seriously do come and join us for some cracking shows, great venues and lovely people (not us - you!)
