Saturday 22, Sunday 23 & Bank Holiday Monday 24 March 2008
Oakleigh Fairs is delighted to be returning to St Mary’s Recreation Ground, Lesley Close, off Bourne Road, Black Prince Roundabout DA5 1LX for the 16th annual Country Show and Craft Village over the Easter Bank Holiday weekend.
There really is something for everyone at this fun packed three day family event – from Billy Kinghorn’s Goat Show, through to working dogs, have-a-go archery and falconry displays, as well as the famous Jez Avery who will amaze the public with his daredevil bike and motorcycle stunts. Whatever the weather, children will be kept amused in our entertainment marquee with puppet, magic and Punch & Judy shows throughout the three days. There will also be inflatables and a childrens’ fairground (charge applies).
Rural demonstrations, historical re-enactment as well as have-a-go baking (which is again under cover) will whet your interest in how life was lived in past times.
Then, why not sample and buy interesting and unique products in our Arts, Crafts & Gifts marquees, as well as Lifestyle and Food Hall.
The event is fully catered and there is a licensed bar. So, come and visit the Bexley St Mary’s Country Show and Craft Village on 22, 23 & 24 March and enjoy some traditional family fun.
