Price includes a six foot table, two chairs, and electricity.
If you do not require a table, please advise when booking.

overnight: free exhibitor encampment with water and lavatories

unloading: Although you may arrive on site on Friday afternoon, you will NOT be able to unload, or set up until 8am on Saturday morning. There will be overnight security on FRIDAY NIGHT ONLY

breakdown:You may break down from 9pm when the event closes to the public. You may stay on site to breakdown on Sunday morning, but please note NO SECURITY will be provided overnight on Saturday, only Friday night

We are delighted that the organiser’s have approached us to provide stalls at this year’s Pink Festival. The Pink Festival is a FREE one day diversity festival for the East of England, held every summer in Cambridge. With stages of live music, camp cabaret, theatre, comedy, disco, youth and children's areas, there is something for everyone! Crowds are expected to hit 15,000 this year, and the entertainment is bigger and better than ever before.
